Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Saturday morning, we woke up to snow!! Yup, fluffy white snow everywhere but lucky for us it melted by mid-afternoon. I’ll be the first to admit I’m not ready for winter… Anyhow, I think its’s safe to say boot season is officially here! And with so many options to choose from this year, I thought it would be fun to check out some of the must have boot trends…

Combat Boots:

Combat boots made a major comeback this year, not that they ever really went out of style. But they did get an upgrade with a bit of a feminine twist with embellishments, velvet and satin finishes.

Slouchy Boots:

This style is all about being relaxed rather than stiff. It’s very reminiscent of the 80’s, think of them as one part boot and one part leg warmer. Lol!

Sock Booties:

One of the hottest silhouettes for this season, think of them as a second skin. Whether you opt for ankle, over the knee or even thigh high, trust me – this is one style you’ll love.

White Boots:

This trend has spilled over from summer. It isn’t ground-breaking but there is something appealing about the minimal chic design. Don’t you think?

Floral Boots:

If you’re looking for one bold statement piece this fall than a pair of floral boots or booties are a must.

    Yes, I’m wearing my combat boots very often again, with a bodycon dress. And white boots? Mmmm, I’m not sure if I can get used to them. But I’m all for the sock boots!

    What a fun post. I am loving boots more than usually this year especially the white boots. Like how did that because a trend? I’m so beyond happy it did. I’m hoping to get a pair myself at a good price. I have those floral Aldo boots and I love how comfortable they are that is fur sure.

    I’m really loving this season’s boot trend! We don’t typically see many boot trends per se, but this year, there are so many styles and nearly all of them are so practical for the everyday. I love that the 90s slouchy boot is back, which does have me regretting the fact that I gave away a pair a few years ago 🙁 but it gives me a reason to get a new pair, right?! 😉 I also love the sock boot, too!     What are your favourites? I love the sock boots as you know but also have a crush on the combat boots. Yet the smartest investment are defending the white boots as they aren’t going anywhere for a while. I just can’t believe girls decided to were the same white boots for more than a year and a half. Remember they were here last winter already and will be on the next season too. Insane

    What an amazing selection Jackie! I do love the ones you are wearing since I saw that photo on instagram. But I am also obsessed with white pointy toe boots like the Celine ones, what a heavenly piece!

    Oh wow, great picks! I am a huge shoe addict with boots and booties being my particular favorites! So of course, I get super excited when fall arrives so I can start wearing boots. I am loving all the trends and want them all, too. Even if they just sit in my closet for me to admire their beauty!
