Animal prints have got to be one of the biggest trends of this season. But it’s not just the typical classic leopard prints that we’ve seen from this season and past ones too. In fact, it’s everything from snakeskin and croc to zebra and tiger stripes even cow (yes, cows) inspired prints. And I’m here for it!

How cute is my H&M leopard print top? I love that it has a high neck collar with balloon sleeves and gold buttoned detail cuffs. It’s elegant and chic but still has a bit of edge. The price point is great and it’s also super versatile. I’ve worn it with dark denim and white sneakers for a more casual look. And I also think it would look great styled with a pencil skirt too. Such a fun top!

Simple Ways To Wear Animal Prints:

  • Accessories – Are a simple and easy way to dip your toes into this trend. Think shoes, jewelry, handbags, scarves, etc. You can choose bold and colorful prints or keep it classic with black and white prints.
  • Layering – This is another great way to tone down an outfit by layering a solid piece with your animal print. Like a blazer over a leopard print dress or skirt. Or a chunky sweater with a pair of snakeskin pants. However, don’t be afraid to layer different animal prints together like tiger and zebras prints. They pretty much have the same pattern which makes them easy to wear together.
  • Head to Toe – For those that are daring wearing animal prints from head to toe can be as simple as reaching for natural animal print colors – think classic black and white zebra prints. Or go all out and pick bold and playful colors like hot pinks, bright yellows, greens, and blues. Either way, don’t overthink it. Just have fun with it trend!

Another cool thing about animal prints, it’s probably something our moms and grandmas wore before us and yet it’s still so cool, chic and relevant. I think it’s safe to say that it will always be a wardrobe staple.
