Outfit Of The Day: Mixing Prints

In Fashion, Outfit of the day, Uncategorized by Testing Purpose15 Comments

Why hello Monday! I hope you guys had a fantastic weekend filled with lots of love, great food and fireworks! I would like to wish all of my American friends a belated Happy Fourth of July!! And to my fellow Canadians, a belated Happy Canada Day 🙂

Have you guys noticed the print craze going on this season? I mean the colours are so bright, bold and playful. But the patterns are addictive and surprisingly ( to me ) I’m loving them!

Mixing prints has never really been my thing, because I find that it can be a bit of tricky and a little scary. But thru trail and error I’ve learnt that it’s not about what matches together but rather, what pairs well together. And a little courage helps too 🙂

  1. Love this mix of prints! The colors and patterns work so well together – you’ve become a total print-inista 🙂

  2. I love that you’ve paired a striped top with patterned pants – it’s the best way to mix prints! And I agree, I’ve always had a hard time with mixing prints which is why I’ve always gravitated towards solids 🙂

  3. Yayy you got nice weather! 🙂 And you look summer ready to wear short stuff 😀 I’ll stalk your instagram now

  4. Nice outfit and print mixing here. I do the same too, stay in the same color family. Yayyy, your weather is really nice now and you get to wear shorts. Prints prints everywhere and i still jealous with your long legs, lol.

  5. You did a great job mixing these! I’ve really started getting into pattern mixing this summer after I bought a few key pieces in the same colour palette. That’s what brings it all together I’ve learned.
