Can you believe it’s already August?!! Yikes, summer is almost over 🙁 Today, I’m teaming up with some very fashionable ladies to share with you some fun ways to style gingham. I love to team up with other bloggers, it’s a great way to support each other and introduce you guys to some new blogs too. Be sure to check them out and be prepared to be inspired. I promise, you won’t regret it.
Sometimes the best outfits come from the simplest pieces, like this off the shoulder gingham top and black shorts. This top is one of my favourite summer pieces because it’s super comfortable and easy to wear. And the tie up sleeves are just so fun. I bought it last summer and it’s still one of my go to pieces. This gingham top also looks good paired with white denim (see it here) if you want a lighter look.
One thing that I love about prints is that they hide wrinkles extremely well. Which comes in handy if you’re running late and only have ten minutes to get ready. Or if you’re like me and hate to iron, printed pieces can be your best friend. Lol!
Also, how fab are these wedge sandals?! I love them because they make me look taller than I really am. And that’s a win-win in my book!

You know, I never really thought of it, but you’re so right, printed pieces really do hide wrinkles! Especially when they have darker colors, too. I’m loving your top, it looks so good paired with the shorts. I hope you’re having a great start to your week so far, my friend!
