Closet Cleanout

In Clothing, Fashion, Outfit of the day, Uncategorized by Testing Purpose3 Comments

For the last week or so I’ve been busy cleaning out my closet for a few reasons. First, to go thru all my clothes, and see what I already have (love) and need to wear more often. Second, to get rid of any clothing that I never wear, or the fit is off and I don’t feel comfortable in it… I have no idea why I hang on to them but I do. Third, my friends and I are having a clothing sale at the end of the month. Yippee😀

Deciding what to keep and what to toss can be a daunting task for me. I find that my mind always goes to the ‘what ifs’ scenario which is never a good thing, because I can always come up with a bunch of reasons to keep it 😣. Realistically, if I never get rid of the clothes I don’t wear then I will never have room to store the clothes that I actually do wear. Sounds simple enough, right?!

But if you procrastinate like me and still need a little help, then you’ll love this flowchart. I found it on Vogue’s site, it’s the perfect tool to help you determine what items you should keep, store or donate.

Believe it or not this chart has helped me tremendously, it’s been a lifesaver. How often do you clean out your closet?

Thanks for stopping by!
